This was really beyond excellent service

My fiance and I walked in, no appointment on a Saturday, hoping that they would have a replacement part for his CPAP. Not only did they have the part, but the staff there were wonderful. The lovely front staff, while juggling patients, phone calls and insurance paperwork, took the time to show us some of the newer masks ( the old resmed one was very incompatible with a mustache ). We left the office with a mask that is comfortable...actually comfortable, quiet and well priced. We will only be going to this office of Mainland in future. This was really beyond excellent service - I'm not even being paid for this...they are just that great.

Thanks for saving my trip!

I was visiting Richmond for the weekend. When I went to set up my CPAP machine in the hotel room Friday night I realized the power cord had been left at home. I was very happy to find Mainland Sleep on No.6 Road and that they were open on a Saturday. Rav and his staff were so friendly and helpful and he quickly brought out a cord for me.
